This register is used in a hotel for bar operations. Here is the scenario I would like to reproduce, or this is how it has worked on other registers I have used.

I would like to setup a Dry Till feature for use during functions.

i.e. A function allows their guests to purchase from the bar without the exchange of cash.

So, when they are served a drink the sale is recorded and the "Dry Till" button is pressed for each transaction.

At any time, the report can be printed for the "Dry Till" so it can be determined what amount the function has spent so far.

At the end of the function the report is printed and presented to the Function organiser to be paid.

The Amount is then paid to the Dry Till.

On this register .. is this done using the Soft or Hard Check functions?

How would I go about setting this up?

Thanks in anticipation .....

Cheers

Kevin

you can use soft check and then use table options.. (checks) just store all orders to a check then print them a bill at the end.. then they pay for it simple.. till doesnt show taking until check has been paid for..

soft check has to be setup when till is first programmed.. turn key to service (c key) one past pgm.. press 60 then subtotal this will produce your memory allocation..

look for soft check (y) hard check (n)

also look for checks see how many are setup..
