please help im pulling my hair out!!
i have used the er5200m utility a year ago to set up the till from the pc without any problems but now i have come
to update new prices i have found the software has been deleted from the laptop but no matter what version i downloaded currently older 1.27 and newer ver 3.00e all PLUs are unreadable but will upload all everything else seems fine..?
i did not think the till was software specific but im at a loss what to try next
please help!!!

secondly, what eprom version is in the till
