I am having trouble setting up different levels. I sell donuts, single , 1/2 Doz , & Dozen and I wanted to set up three levels on one key.

you need to set up each product as a plu - check in the manual for the default starting plu numbers for each level you then need to set up 3 level shift buttons and set them to be item pop up

What is a pop up

the price level, can be either manual "stay down",
return to original level at the end of sale - "sale pop up"
or return to original level after an item has been pressed - "item pop up"
