My ER650 is locked. After being in storage, phe passwords and admin log in do not work. I do not care if the info in memory is lost. How do I get back into my register?

Hi.. try doing an initial clear first..

turn till off.. turn key to pgm.. hold down cash button.. whilst holding it down turn till back on. keep cash pressed until it prints an initial clear receipt..

try to logon till if that doesnt work and to doa full reset losing all programming.

with the C key turn it one mode past pgm into hidden service mode.. turn till off and hold down cheque button.. on default layout it is the 3rd button up on bottom left..

turn till back on keep hold of cheque button for a few seconds you will get "RAM ALL CLEAR SERV."
then press following sequence..

top left button, bottom left button, top right then bottom right

after roughly a minute you wil get "RAM ALL CLEAR OK !".

follow on screen instruction to allocate memory where you want it..
