We have taken over a Deli and the keys for the ER650 have been lost. Would appreciate knowing how easy it might be to obtain a set or is the unit useless. Are these specific to model/serial number. We are based near Tunbridge Wells (machine is in our office there now). Thanks - 1st post so trust I am in the right place etc.

I see that the unit also has an intermittent backlight to the screen too - is this likely to be a loose connection ? Since we are near Tunbridge Wells maybe there are some experts nearby to whom we can talk.

Hi again. if you try this website. www.ycr.co.uk and click on contact supply contact details and location etc. they will point you in the right direction for a local Samsung Dealer.
