Everytime I try to add a drink onto a tab thats been previously opened, Im getting a E001 Wrong Operator message and I cant seem to get round it. The manual says i need to return the mode to its original setting but i dont know what this means, any help?

what make and model of till are you using?

sounds to me that you have set the machine to only allow one operator to attend to each table.
so if operator 2 opened the table then only operator 2 will be able to continue serving that table until finalised.
