geller et 6800.. saying id clerk. after i did a ram clear ??

hi there i was woundering if any body could help me, i have done a ram clear on my geller et 6800 and now it isnt working. it keeps beeping and saying enter clerk id but it wont let me do anything ! what do u think i shud do

do i need to get it programed or anything ???? any help

ENTER 1 INTO THE CLERK ID BUTTON - BUT IT HAS TO BE IN THE DEFAULT LOCATION FOR THE CLERK ID BUTTON.
LOOK AT THE ORIGINAL KEYBOARD OVERLAY NOT YOUR CUSTOM ONE.
IM PRETTY SURE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED SOME HEAVY DUTY REPROGRAMMING DONE :cry:
