GELLER TS3500 help

Postby InLego on Fri Feb 05, 2010 3:27 am

Hello,

In "sales mode" screen, there is a window "product maintain" which access to "product item". There, anyone can change de product features. I would like to delete this window in order to avoid staff change product features. I´ve been trying to hide this window from the screen and I did not succeed. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Really appreciate your help.

Thanks.

You need to hold down (caps lock) on your keyboard and press this button. This should remove it.
Alternatively you could put a password on this button. To do this hold down the shift key on your keyboard and press the button. Fill in the password field and save

First of all, thank you very much for your support. It has been really helpful. I managed to remove the icons on the screen according to your suggestions. But now I want add icons of different departments or groups in the "sales mode" screen. How can I do that?

Thanks

You cannot add a button to access groups.
The command for a department button is #*DEPART (# being the number of department you want to access)
To open an existing button to edit, hold down the shift key on your keyboard and press the button
