We are setting up a xe a303 and have just changed the journal roll, we now have the 'head up' message showing even though it looks like both arms are in the correct position and the reciept and journal keys move both rolls fine.

Are ther any tricks to it?

try pressing the CL button or clear..

if that dont work with an ma key

turn to pgm2

switch machine off and hold down receipt feed and journal feed. whilst holding down switch back on..
