HELP NEED TO CREATE PLU

I have fully reset my Sam4s ER-5200 whilst tryng to do something else i am now totally lost

I need to create a button For open sales
and a button for Paid out

I dont even know where to start as i am not used to these tills the tills has no plu's created its completley reset

Please can anyone help me thank you

straight out of the box, im sure all the buttons work as open plus and there is a paid out button on the default keyboard.
