Hello everyone,
this is the first cash register I've ever had to program, and so far so good...except...I can't figure out how to reset the balance to 0.
I need to be able to print of total sales every day, then reset evrything to 0. I know how to clear to electronic journal, but when I print off the reports for the following day, it is still giving me a balance of all the sales we've done so far. Any ideas?

Put the key to X1Z1 and press . TL

This will do a Z. If you just press TL it will only do an X, which doesnt clear the figures

Thanks, I'll give it a go - do you mean press the TL button? - as you say just pressing TL will only do an X and not clear the figures?

I have turned the key to X1Z1 and pressed TL, and it still hasn't cleared the total balance. Really need help to get it sorted.
