I have just purchased a used sharp up-810 f

i am wanting to know how to add items to the touch screen

ie if a member of staff presses on the touchscreen draught it will come up with the larger this would be better than having to use the keyboard.
also i want to add a staff discount screen to there

and if anybody knows how to pub a wastage button there aswell

I have figured out how to do the menus and discount etc the only thing i can not get it to do is return home every time i press a drink

for example alcopops ---> wkd

then i am stuck in this menu.

I want it to return home after i have pressed WKD

Only way to get it to bounce back is set the alcopop to be a plu and the wkd to be a condiment.
