Hello,

I have an ER-650 that I have just reprogrammed for the purposes of a new establishment, but when I try to tender a sale, pressing any medium of payment results in a message saying "Req. E/T/D func".

I can't seem to find anything in the manual to explain what this means. Anyone have an idea?

Hi Justin is this anything to do with Cash Declaration?

try pressing subtotal then enter the amount required followed by cash?
