I am having similar problems. Please help! I purchased a second hand ser-6500 and haven't a clue where to start and if I am honest, I am finding the manual really complicated! Any advise would be gratefully received!

these machines are not exactly entry level - so using them to learn on is a bit of a tall order
read the first page of this post - setting up the initial memory allocation has to be correct first time as there is no way to change it later without losing all the programming
