Basically I have 4 uniwell tills and 1 printer which is connected to the main till. When I am doing any sort of reads off the main till. I get a 'printer error' meassge on my other 3 tills.

What i need to know is there a way for me to link my other 3 tills up to the same printer?

what model tills do you have?
what Printer do you have?
are the tills currently networked together?
If yes using IRC or Ethernet?

My printer model is by citizen systems. CBM1000

How would I find out the model number on my till? There is no model number printed on it. Its an older model - not the one with the on screen table plan.

My tills are networked and to each other. IRC I THINK

Hi,

You can have tills printing to one CBM1000. The till that has the printer connected to it should be setup as a 'Receipt Server' - This depends on what till type you have though.

Are your tills touch screens or keypad ones?

IRC is different from Network, but they can have the same connection type (RJ-45).
Channel A is IRC.
Uninet is Network.
