Hi

We have a UX45F and all the previous details on how to program it have gone missing i want to change the current products and prices and also add a couple of new ones. can this be done through the till itself or do i need the plm2000 software as ive no leads or anything there are plus in the till already ive asked our local dealer but he basically said he wont tell me and wants £35 to do it. But we cant be paying the dealer everytime we need to change something Can someone please help me or does anyone have to programming manual any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

David

Pay the local dealer but tell him you want a manual to ;o) . look over his shoulder you might get some tips x

There not easy machines to support to be onest,. if you had a newer uniwell machine its easy.

£35 sounds really good for a call out BTW.

You need to find out the PLU Numbers for each product. Then you can go to the SP Position enter a code which your dealer would prob tell you on call out then enter the PLu number then unter the price. etc
Then repeat the sequence.
Something like XX .,

the £35 isnt for a call out its to drop the till off and they will programme it using a computer. but then ill need to do the same again if i want to add more products or change products

At my other pub i have a sx7000 and find that easy enough to change so i just assumed this one would be roughly the same. The guy who has the ux45f told me his old manager used to update the till herself so im not sure what to do.

Cheers
