:( I went to total last night and keys stopped responding. Lights are on. Display show 0.00. Draw only opens manually. Could not total. Can't do anything!i have been told to do a program reset but dont know how?

Unplug the machine, leave it for a couple of minutes. Put the mode switch to PGM. Hold down JRNL FEED and RCPT FEED and plug it back in, all at the same time!
