In the manual it shows dept # & plu# printed on the sample receipts, but nowhere does it tell you how to program an item name, such as "basket" so it prints out on the receipt with the amount. Is there a way to program item names to print out on the receipt? I don't have any departments so I don't need that printed out or the plu#. Thanks.

sounds daft i know but you could also try removing the rolls and blow very hard into the bay that they sit in to remove any paper dust/debris TAKE CARE TO CLOSE YOUR EYES WHEN BLOWING TO PREVENT DUST GOING INTO YOUR EYES
AND ALSO ONLY BLOW SHARPLY ONCE THEN MOVE AWAY TO INHALE OR YOU WILL BREATH IN A LARGE CLOUD OF DUST
