how to backup data on the casio te2200 on cf card

I need to back up my data on the CF Card on the casio te 2200, please can someone tell me how to do this.

Turn key to PGM Mode -> press 7 then subtotal

PGM 7--> 70 Subtotal-> 900 Cash-->name the file (the default file name is usually FILE090) and press the double zero key (00) then Cash
