hello the i am Anthony i just discover this beautiful site now and wish to ask for advice from any one we can help me. I just bought a new sharp cash register model number ER-A310 which was working very well for two days now but yesterday after power failure, every key gives an error sound with this i can not add. So i wish to Master reset this machine but don't now so can some body please help me

You have probably just logged off. try signing on a cashier first.

In REG mode, press 1 then CASH# (in the top right corner)
