I think this uses the modifier buttons but you still need to put the price in the 2nd price.

I maybe wrong although I know most Uniwell models I havent really touched the PX and NX models. I believe its similar to the sx6600 model but with more onscreen options and functions.

when i play with the modifier options, and apply them, when i press the doubles [modifier option set at 301] followed by [single] bells, it actually sells [single] busmills whiuch is located 3 buttons up from bells
when i set modifier option to 201 the same thing happens but not [as logic would predict] selling a product 2 buttons away but one 7 buttons away - there is no reason to it so i am unable to work out a modifier value that would point to a product far enough up the plu numbers to be on a different keyboard level [have tried many values - they either do nothing or are unaccepted ]

If you want to change from PLU-11 to PLU-211 a code of 23 is required (2 being the value, and 3 being the digits to be modified)

Further examples
From PLU-1 to PLU-101 a code of 13 is required.
From PLU-201 to PLU-1201 a code of 14 is required.
From PLU-101 to PLU-2101 a code of 24 is required.

Well that's how I understand it. Never really used it, as I've never seen the point. If you're going to have seperate PLU's for the doubles why not just use a keyboard lvl2 shift as the double button, and then assign the doubles to lvl2 in SP-111?

Hi Skiver
Many thanks for the explanation.
Your method {keyboard level} is the way i normally do it - trouble is, i cant find a keycode for keyboard level shift on this machine.
then i have to find out how to set the button up for item pop up etc
either way is good - just a bit tough without a manual.
Im going to have a play with the settings again, now that i have a more reasonable understanding of what i am doing
watch this space !dunce
Cheers
Andy

Keyboard lvl 2 shift can be found in:
SP-101
x
FUNCTION BUTTON

If you want to apply PLU's to different Menu lvls then
SP-111
x
select Menu Level
PLU#
ENTER
select required key
(though you can only apply PLU's to key set up already as HARD PLU's)
