Hello, Could you please help me with my uniwell sx7000?
I have made a major error, I was re-programming the look up PLU buttons to keys where I wanted them, and accidentally pressed the enter, which now does not wotk.

I have the engineers code which when I use shows the following:
ENTER CLERK at the top of the screen
Then follwed by:
IR DONE
BOOT ROM - SX-7500-06 B1.00
FLASH ROM - V1.05f
& at the bottom left is SP followed by date & time.
I cannot get it to go to FO.

There is also another code to reset back to factory to delete all PLU´s which is 9870 followed by enter, but as my ENTER buttons are not working I am stuck.
Any help would be greatfull.

Hi,

The key thing to do is to get back into FO to reprogram your "Enter" key. You say you cannot get into FO what actions are you using to try and get into FO ?

Have now managed to get back to keypad by pressing the first 3 top left hand keys while turning the machine back on.
Now this may sound totally stupid, but how the hell do you take an X and Z reading from this till?
My old one is simple, just turn the key and press enter or total to get a report.
