I had a 3 till system, with till 1 as the master and till 2 as the backup. My till 2 went blank and have removed this off the network. I now need to make till 3 my backup. Does anyone know how to do this?

It must be re-initialized to change it to a "Backup Master". I would do a backup to a CF card first, but if you don't have one you could use the "Auto Program" function and send the files from the Master Machine after.

Have you ever "Initialized" a QT before?
