Multiple Clerks

Please could anyone tell me how to set up the Samsung ER5200M so that I can use more than one clerk at the same time. I only received the cash register yesterday, during set up I'm trying to use multiple clerks and all I get is a long bleep. This is important to me as we're in a busy pub and more than one bar staff will need to use the till at the same time.
