You can get an intermediate bill by going to 'Misc Func' then '02 INTERMED.'. Someone has probably changed the programmed autokey that was on the keyboard, however your description doesn't make it too clear what you used to do to print a bill.

hi yes i think the auto key was changed but cant work out how to change it back
basicly what hapening is when putting food and drink on table then tbl/balnce will print however if then open again and add sweets will only print sweets not whole bill so if guests here on meal room and a few beers can end up with dozens of recipts
before this hapend we just hit print bill button at the end and would print entire bill
cheers Euan :?

To stop it printing every time you add something, press 'Misc Func', then 'RCPT SW.'. Press the decimal point to change it to off.
The auto key was probably 'Final' then 'GC Rcpt'.
To program it, go to PGM2\Settings\03 Autokey. Then press the autokey (the button that used to work) - Final - GC Rcpt - autokey.
Then cancel, cancel and back to reg.

To help me get to the bottom of this, I need to know what type of bill the till has been set to print.
Does the bill say '*INTERMED*' at the top?

Is this a UK spec 700 or a US one?
If it's UK, check PGM2/SETTINGS/10 OPTIONAL/04 PRINT SELECT1/INTERMED RCPT is set to YES, (if it is, then line 921-C should be a 1 in SYSTEM PRESETS in SRV mode).
If it's US, check PGM2/SETTINGS/10 OPTIONAL/4 PRINT SELECT/ITEM ON BILL is set to YES.
