Hello... sorry i've taken so long to get back at this... been a busy weekend.

I tried this, and the first half of your solution worked, however it added a combo key. Whenever I use it, it just makes all the items a combo for the amount entered. Which isn't what I wanted.
As well, when I tried to rename the key, so it said "Gift Card" it says Misoperation when I hit the first @ key (between the . and 53)

I'm sorry, for all the trouble, I'm a bit of an idiot when it comes to this machine (I'm used to fixing PC based POS systems)

I'm going to have to find a North America service manual for the 420. Obviously the function keys are numbered differently in different countries.

To add a second cash key on a Canadian ER-A420
Turn ket to SVC
Enter 950 . @ 51 and touch key on keyboard where you want the second cash key, then press CA\AT

second step to add titile or name to key
Turn key to PGM 2
Enter 2314 . `at key` 62 then type in name for cash 2 key then SBLT and CA-AT key.

This should work.

I got the Cash 2 Key programed in and it works great.... but i can't change the label on it. the 2314.@ 62 doesn't seem to work... I type that in, and when I start to type the letters for the label it says Misoperation.

If you can help with this that'd be great, otherwise it's not that big a deal.

If any latest system in market come than you have to setup your system so it give you best method of payment. You can easily use latest method and get some benefits of system.
