Hi Mark:

I can't do anything. No beeps. No logon. Just a few symbols in display.
I haven't the service key. I change the internal batteries.

Ok. When did you change the batteries? If the problem started when you changed them, then you have done it wrong and you may have lost eveything in the machine. You MUST keep the power on while they are being changed. Did you do this?

It sounds like you have memory corruption in the machine, so it will need a RAM clear if this is the case. It is possible to make your own service key by filing another key. Let me know if you want to try repairing it yourself, and I can give you instructions.

I change the batteries after the problem.
I wanna try to explain more... (sorry my english..)

The machine stop works after a blackout, when we connect a generator.
I'll try to repair the machine by myself, send me the instructions please.

The reset works, but i cant login any clerk.

You will probably find that other things are damaged too. I think it needs a full RAM clear. See my private message, but try it and see. you might not have any other problems, but I usually find the corruption has gone deep into system areas.

Where did you find an online manual??? I've been looking for one. could I have the link please?

Hey, I somehow reset the whole machine (that what the repair guy said) and luckily i found this forum to help me put back the title of the shop on the top of my tickets, but right now all the "pre-set" keys with items name on them are gone ;; if anyone know how to reprogram them your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :D
