Hi.
It depends how they were setup before. Did you used to enter a price before you pressed an item, or just press the item and a pre-set price would show?

Hi, it used to be pressing the price then the pre-set key, but now it is like "inactive" or something even when im under the "P" mode, only 1 of them is working, and when i press it, it prints out "D01 P065" something like that : (

P.S.: Thanks for the fast reply :D

Ok. In that case, you had departments on these buttons.

Try this:
Turn key to P mode.
0096 X 0
Now press the dept (item button that you said was working in P mode)
NS/# to finish

Now go back to REG mode and log a clerk on, then try that dept button and see if it works. If it does, finish the sale with CASH and turn the key to P mode again. Try the programming above on another dept button and see if any others can be programmed.

No I wasn't but thank you! It worked! Here are my next questions I hope you can help me with:
1. How do I set a fixed amount onto a key? like say i want to press the "Adult" key and it would automatically come up as $6.50. How would I do that?

2. Oh and I tried to plug it in to show my boss and it completely "froze". It wouldn't let us clerk in or anything. I tried the S mode and turning it off, letting it rest and turning it back on but it would not work. What could have happened? And how can I fix this if I happens again?

Again thank you soo much!! !Yes

Here's another question: I've figured out the clerk codes on the Register. But I tried the same codes again today and it wouldn't let me clerk in. Is it messing up because we keep unplugging the register to move it around? or is it something else?
