Ok,
At first the cash machine was doing ... nothing (a 'o' on the display)
After doing the Initial Clear (S - power on), a kind of 'Pc' on the display with underlined 'c' (or a led segment fault :)
So I try to do the ram clear (S-2222-vld)
but when I press the "2"s nothing hapens, and when vld is pressed after... the 'o' again on the display.

I would like your help figuring out to solve this proble and start programming the equipment.

Thanks in advance

is this a small o on the left hand side of the display? a full o is all the segments with the bar missing that would make up an 8 - the o you are talking about, is it like the bottom half of an 8?

if so, you have walked into the most famous omoron trap - you have run out of till roll on the audit side OR the autdit roll is not seated correctly.

been there, done that , got the red face!

didn't know you could move the number pad???
[only at ram clear] the only thing i can suggest is press every button till you find the 2 then ram clear it - should then go back to default?

Some developments...

There is a PS-Mode where I was been abble to reset the fundamental key (0-9, clear, vld ...)
In that way now I press the 2 and surprise ... I get a 2
Despite of that, and reading the manual, I've done a Initial clear, Ram clear but as stated on the manual "This operation clears the entire contents of the RAM except the data of the fundamental key setting and function keyboard". :(
So, I guess, if there is a wrong setting to a key, like in my case the '0' that is acting as cash, it should be a way to get it working properly... but how ?
If anyone have some hint please be my guest.
I will keep RTFM :)

Thanks in advance

COULD IT BE THAT THE OVERLAY IS SET UP AS THE PROGRAMMED BUTTONS, RATHER THAN THE DEFAULT OVERLAY.
CHECK UNDER THE EXISTING OVERLAY TO SEE IF THE ORIGINAL IS LURKING BELOW
FAILING THAT, LOOK AT THE KEY LAYOUT IN THE MANUAL TO CHECK IF THERE IS AT LEAST A PICTURE OF WHERE THE BUTTONS SHOULD BE?

I'M SORRY TO BE VAGUE BUT I HAVE NEVER WORKED ON THIS PARTICULAR MODEL
