Hi,

After programming some new items into our till I ran a tracking report to see which tables were open but the 'clear' button has disappeared from that screen and now it is stuck on the report with no way I can find to get back to any other screen.

We have people in our restaurant right now - please help if you can!

Unbelievably (I wasn't hopeful as it was 8pm on a Saturday night!) I managed to get hold of a very helpful engineer who talked me through a way of touching the bottom left and then top right hand corners of the screen while the till was switching on - it unfroze it - although the 'clear' button still seems to be missing from that screen...

I'm going home now so I don't mess up any other buttons!
