 Post subject: PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

this manual makes no sense to me for some reason my till froze, so i reset everything, ram clear,clear totals, clear grand totals,clear plu file, eprom information, memory allocation! this was not a good idea, firstly i had a plu no data error which i THINK i have managed to fix, but it is stuck on training mode i end it and it says training mode end on reciept but as soon as i enter a value press cash the reciept once again says **training mode**, i have tried to log on a clerk, i have done everything it says in the manual to log on a clerk but the till is not registaring this action??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

OK, LETS START AT THE BEGINNING
turn key to s mode
power off the machine
hold down the cheque button [second one up on the right hand side]
while holding the button down, power up the machine then let go
press the top left button, the bottom left button, the top right button and finally the bottom right button IN THAT ORDER
follow on screen prompts - suggest accepting default memory allocation - unless you are using lots of plu's


when you have done that, turn the key to reg and enter 1 into the clerk button
