Where can I find and edit PLU-Menu Key properties (such as the colour, key display text, etc.)

I can set up/edit PLU Menu keys via PGM-2>Setting>Article>PLU Menu Key but I am unable to edit the properties. When I go into the above I get the chance to set the Title and then the menu items. The title is not however the display text of the key and there is no option to change the back colour.
