Subtotal printing

On the receipt I can’t get the subtotal to print! I have followed the instructions but to no avail. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? I am using the SE-C450

I am at the end of my tether with this till! It’s the worse purchase I have ever made! I cannot believe I have to physically write on the receipt in pen! Still cannot get subtotal to print! The support I received from the supplier is basically non-existent! Emails are answered by one word and they cannot wait to get me off the telephone. I did try going to Casio direct! They gave me an email address to write to which I did they responded by saying contact who you bought it off! Now while in the programming mode have made an error which I admit is my fault so I’m now unable to switch between clerks and unable to print a guest receipt! I would be better off with a pen, paper and a calculator LOL
