I wonder if anyone can help me.
I am running Total Control on three tills and need to delete some plus because we have reached a 5000 ceiling.
There are lots that I can delete but I can't find a method of doing so.
There is a Pending Deletion area but no way I can find of effecting a deletion. The online help doesn't seem to cover this so I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.

If sales exist within total control for those items then they won't delete.

You need to create a PLU to hold these sales, and on the deletion screen you will see an option to choose the archive PLU

If you tick the option for all then enter the code and press enter. It will then mark each product to transfer it sales to this product and then allow it to be deleted.
