Our QT6000 crashed the other week and all the pull down group titles have changed to 0000000000000 format. Changing them back to what we thought the pull down groups were, now the majority of the Ordermon Don buttons do not work as it cannot find the card names. What do I need to do to correct this?

Your QT will update the basestation with the new pulldown groups (the OMS update message you see). You will then need to use the orderman utility on a pc to setup the keycard links to your "new" pulldowns. Disconnect the cable from the qt and plug it into you com port, set the com port on the software and upload. Make the changes then download back.

Fairly easy if you have the software and can work out how to use it. If you dont, get on to whoever sold you the system. Or if you are in the uk, get casio to put you in touch with your closest Premier Partner for EPoS.

I would also be a bit concerned by the fact the qt crashed and corrupted the pulldown headers. Havent seen one do this and personally I would look at completely resetting the machine and loading a backup, just to eliminate any corruption that you havent seen yet!
