Printer will not stop printing

As crazy as it sounds have you tried turning the receipt On, doing a transaction, then turning it back off and trying again? (Just incase it had got itself into a muddle, which does happen with uniwells)

Another thing to try is an initial reset:

Turn the key to SP
Power off the machine completely
Hold down all 3 keys marked in Black on the diagram below
Keep holding the keys firmly down whilst turning the power back on
You should hear 3 beeps, release the keys and turn back to R
IR Done should appear on the screen

Make sure the receipt is turned off and try again.

I do this each time I make a chnge

I still get the same problem

Is it a single Wide Ticket Thermal Receipt or Twin Receipt & Journal Printer?

Hi,

OK, try System Flag 35 - Buffer Print and see what you have for bit G, if it's YES try Turning to NO.
If not check that Flag 36 is all set to NO.

See if this makes any difference.

Hi,

I can't see any other options that affect the receipt. What is the exact model you are using, maybe it's something specific to your version.
Log on as enginner in SP
Scroll down to 9902 - Eprom Info and press enter on it - (Be very careful not to accidentally press anything else around it)
and tell me exactly what prints.
