Dear all,

I am currently having problems configuring the printers (TP-932 & TP-822) to print on my Tx-850 till. I have tried everything from Initialsing IRC to changing the printers ID. Also tried all the ports at the back of the till (RS232 & RS485) but I have had no luck. The connection I am using from the till to the printer is RS232 to RS485, is this correct?

Could anyone please help me out? Don't really know what to do to make them work.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for such an informative forum, with your help I managed to configure both of my tills (but not the printers haha )
