Hello!

I'm trying to program two clerk codes and names onto my ER-A450. But every time i try in either PGM1 or PGM2 and try to enter "1400 . x" or "1414 . x" i just get E01...

Any idea what can be the problem?

Is it out of the box? If so it might not have clerks. You could try 1500 and 1514 in case you've got cashiers
