Problem with XE-A203 connecting via USB

Hi Guys

Could you please help me? i want to connect the register via usb to my computer and i'm using Pc-Link XE-A203A213 to program keys and pull report but when i try to connect to the register i get a communication error. I have installed the drivers that come with Pc-Link XE-A203A213 but still can't connect. I follow the instruction to install the software and driver. Still doesn't connect.

If you are using Win Vista this may occure. Try it with a connection with a pc using Win XP.

I have exactly the same issue but I am running on XP. I've uninstalled both the program and the drivers and it still comes up with the connection error suggesting the ecr is not connected. 6 hours later and I'm starting to go a lttle crazy !excited
