Could you please help me? i want to connect the register via usb to my computer and i'm using Pc-Link XE-A203A213 to program keys and pull report but when i try to connect to the register i get a communication error. I have installed the drivers that come with Pc-Link XE-A203A213 but still can't connect. I follow the instruction to install the software and driver. Still doesn't connect
