programmer code

Hello,

I just bought a Uniwell tx 850 POS system on the net, seem to be working well execpt that it is completedly locked, can't program, change PLU add or delete anything (business nanme Etc..) The manager # can only print reports

I have dowlowded the software for it but this too does not seem to work, it does not seem to communicate with the POS. How do I reset the POS? Do I need a programmer's code?
