Programming the business name to print on the reciepts.

Howdy,
We have an XE-A22S. The instructions seem pretty clear on how to do this and it looks fairly simple. However, whenever we complete the steps to program the business name in, it flashes an error and we have no idea why. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you be a bit more specific about the model number? Is it a 220, a 202, or a 212?
