I have the following setup using a QT-6000 and three printers.

Printer 1 = Printing customer copy of receipt.
Printer 2 = Drinks order to bar. (order printer 1)
Printer 3 = Food order to Kitchen. (order printer 2)


I have set up two keys on the keyboard to add custom text to the orders using
key type: Printing
function #11, text print

The Feature is working well for the reciept printer.
The Feature is working well for order printer #1 (Drinks order printer).
The Feature is not working well for order printer #2 (Kitchen printer).
details: The added text appears. not as embeded as part of the the order (as in the Bar ), but the printer advances the paper about 8 lines, then reprints the cashier number, date and time , and then the txt message.


I see a setting in <Standard programming> <Order control><D.3.4>: Merge the same department and plu (item consolidation). I see this setting for order, but not for order(2).

I feel like I've tried everything. Does anyone knof if this is possible to do? - all the best - Rick.
