After a clerk signs on, how to display the open check/table view automatically?
Thanks!

Mike,
I think what you are looking for is in:
MODE <PGM>3,
1. Machine Feature
5. General Feature
Scroll down to Clerk Interrupt Possibly (16)
And use the settings of "Show Clerk Window" to YES, or the settings underneath it to suit your needs.

(OOOPS..After reading your question again, I don't think that is what you are looking for)

Remember that there is a search button now that will help you find settings. I do believe at this time it only works while you are in "General Feature" mode.

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the suggestion.
"Show Clerk Window" is already set to YES. When a clerk signs on, the clerk selection window shows.

My question is how to display the new/old check-table window automatically when a clerk signs on.

It may be that the only way to do this is to program an arrangement.

I do have a lot of customers set up that way. Three steps for this.

Here it is:
MODE <PGM3>
2. Clerk
2. Operation
1. Clerk Control
For each Clerk you need to set "Check No. Compulsory" to YES
------------------------------------------------------------
Also,
MODE <PGM3>
2. Clerk
2. Operation
2. Menu Shift/2nd
For each Clerk set the "Check Window default menu"
to 0 or 1

MODE <PGM3>
2. Clerk
1. Clerk Feature
For each Clerk set "Clerk sign off when receipt is issued" to YES.

Kevin

Thanks! It works.

After selecting a table and entering couple PLUs, how to send the order to the kitchen printer?
Trying to figure out the workflow:)

Casio uses a key called "New Balance" Usually it will just have the letters "NB". I often rename this key to "Send" Normally it is near the <Cash> and or <Subtotal keys> If you don't have it let me know and I can help you place one there.

Yes, that "NB" key should be renamed to "Send".
Thank you very much.
