Hi guys,

I'm using uniwell DX-895s and our restaurant. All the staff have their own ibutton keys. Despite repeated reminders for them to leave the keys in the building they are constantly taking them home.

This causes a problem if they have an open tab left on the till. Is there a way to remove it without having the key? I have some open tabs (with a balance of 0 mind) that go back to November as staff have lost keys.

Any help appreciated.

You can clear down the tracking area by taking a Z81 report from each till. This will close any open tracks.

Be aware that this will also clear any bills that have transactions stored on them, best to do after close of business.
