Please help me.
How reset all setting ER-A220?
And why i cant print X1/Z1 total sales report? Error 01

Hallo.
What do you want - just to reset the sales counters or to reset all (Master reset)'

To print the daily total report and reset: Key in z1 - press . key + tl - if the electronic journal is set to be not resetted, you have to print it an reset it - key in z1 - press 700 .x tl - both these jobs can be programmed to one autokey.
