hey people, my shop got broken into recently and they took my register, i got a second hand er-a420 and i need to reset the keyboard to factory settings as the previouse owner has totally changed the layout, any help would be appreciated

best bet is do do a master reset - but it will wipe everything - plu's, sales etc

with a service key, twist one click past PGM2
switch off the till
hold the journal and receipt feed buttons (2 buttons in top left)
switch till back on

Be aware this will delete everything and reset it back to factory defaults
