Hi,

Can anyone provide a procedure that will enable me to backup and existing UP-X300 (twin terminals) and restore to a third (totally separate) UP-X300 that can be used in a second pub? Any help would be fantastic :-)

I've backed up the existing system to a USB storage device and restored onto a new UP-X300 and it seems all the data is present and I've managed to change pub name / address etc. I get the following message if I try using the system for sales:-

Misoperation
Not Assigned Server

Thanks

Hi Peter,

Many thanks for the rapid reply. I managed to get the till working by performing a full backup using the backup facility built into the software and then restored it. I'll test the system fully and copy the preset folder if things do not look right.

Thanks again.

Wayne
