 Post subject: SAM4 SER 7000

:o SER7000.machine asks me for employee no. I try to enter it ,then it says invalid authority level. Can anyone help.How do I cancel employee numbers.

try default password of 9999 and then change in service mode option 10 system password

or in option 11 in pgm mode..
