Hello!
I am connecting ER-5240 to my PC using USB-Serial cable. I set com port to COM 1 from device manager and in the utility. When I press Check Status it loads and everything seems fine. When I press download PLU it says COMPLETED and nothing else. Im out of ideas.
Help needed
Regards
Taavi

could it be that it has completed downloading the plu's to the till?
could it be you have no data sdaved to send to the till?
is the version of the utility compatible to the eprom version in the till? [i personaly have not had issues with the 5200 but if its anything like the 420, matching versions is critical]

I WOULD JUST CHECK THATTHE TILL STILL HAS PLUS IN IT!
IF YOU DOWNLOADED A BLANK DATABASE TO THE TILL - CHANCES ARE YOU MAY HAVE OVERWRITTEN YOUR PLUS WITH BLANK DATA
TO GET THE PLUS TO THE SOFTWARE, CHOOSE UPLOAD.

WHAT VERSION IS THGE EPROM IN THE TILL?
WHAT VERSION IS THE SOFTWARE?
